Goods may only be returned if faulty, please
telephone 0113 2422 888 or by
e-mail
for return authorisation.
After authorisation simply indicate the reason for your return, and wrap the
package securely.
IMPORTANT:. We will replace faulty
products with the same title or refund back to a credit card if the title is no
longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 30 days
from receipt of goods

Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange discs unless they are received faulty or the
wrong title is received incorrectly.
Testing
We do test every single return, if a returned disc is found not to be faulty we
will return the discs with a postage charge not exceeding £1.50. We advise you
to check the disc on a second make and model of machine before returning. We
cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been
modified to disable regional encoding.
